MOVIE PILOT

My name is Alice. And I carry a shit ton of guns.

As the star of the Resident Evil movie franchise, Milla Jovovich is no stranger to all manner of weapons that have proved necessary in the never-ending fight against the undead. After all, there's only so many times you can kick a zombie dog in the head before the need for something a bit stronger becomes apparent.

Much like the heroes of the Resident Evil video games, Alice lugs around a huge assortment of deadly weaponry to tackle this threat, but unlike her virtual counterparts, she has no need for herbs or ink ribbons in her personal inventory. Instead, Jovovich kicks zombie ass with an impressive variety of guns, gadgets and pointy objects all chosen with one thing in mind: undead carnage.

Join us as we navigate each of Sony's Resident Evil movies chronologically, pulling Alice's inventory apart to showcase the very best weapons and items in her arsenal.

red dress

The outfit that Alice wears here in the first film becomes an archetypal staple of the franchise and is referred to time and again in future film installments.

Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2001)

Police baton

In close quarters, the police baton is used by Alice to address a number of zombies in Raccoon City.

Para-Ordnance Automag (custom)

These twin pistols are most notably used to blow up a motorcycle, killing a Licker in the process.

Rope

You never know when you might need to run down the side of a building, guns blazing, so always keep a lasso at hand.

Heckler & Koch MP5Ks

Carried in a dual shoulder rig, Alice shoots these submachine guns at a Licker, trapping the mutant under a crucifix in the church.

Mossberg 590 Compact Cruiser:

Alice wields this shotgun one-handed against two Lickers in the church, blowing them away at close range.

Resident Evil: Extinction (2010)

Binoculars

In a zombie apocalypse, it always pays to keep binoculars at hand to spot the undead threat from miles away.

Para-Ordnance
Nite-Tac

These dual pistols turn out to be Alice's most reliable weapon in the wastelands of the Mojave Desert.

Desert scarf

Make sure you carry a shawl with you while fighting in the desert or the sand could obscure your vision, allowing zombie crows to swoop down and attack you.

Gurkha Kukri

When she's not blowing away zombies with firearms, Alice uses this Middle Eastern knife to slice and dice her way through the events of Extinction.

Mossberg 590 Compact Cruiser

Making its return from Apocalypse, this weapon proves to be a formidable ally against the undead hordes that threaten Alice and her friends.

Resident Evil: Afterlife (2010)

Shurikens

In Afterlife Alice brings more variety to her arsenal with the help of throwing stars that wedge right into a zombie's brain.

Dual katanas

Once she runs out of shurikens, Alice uses a pair of swords to bring the pain, up close and personal.

Sawed-off 12-gauge double-barreled shotgun

Alice's signature dual shotguns return once again in Afterlife, updated with a newer model.

Incendiary grenades

During the assault on the Umbrella Corporation headquarters, Alice's clones use incendiary grenades to explosive effect.

Flares

Electricity is rather unreliable in your standard zombie apocalypse, so make sure you stock up on flares.

Resident Evil: Retribution (2012)

Aluminum baseball bat

Always keep a baseball bat securely in your home in case zombies burst in and destroy your suburban dreams.

Chain

Alice memorably wields a chain in the white corridor sequence, whipping at the zombie hordes as they approach.

SIG Sauer P226

These dual pistols appear right at the beginning of the film, when Alice takes on the Umbrella soldiers in the aftermath of Afterlife.

SIG Sauer P220 Sport

Obtained from a cop car in "Tokyo," this pistol is added to Alice's already impressive arsenal.

KRISS Vector

Submachine guns are Alice's weapon of choice in Retribution following their discovery in the hidden weapon cache.
